When a team isn’t performing, the instinct is to fill the gap with training. Skills matter, but most teams already know more than they use. The real gap is between what people know and what they feel able to do.
Under pressure, teams either freeze (escalating everything, waiting for sign-off, making the leader the bottleneck) or go rogue (pushing their own agenda and pulling in different directions). Both are threat responses. And it starts at the top: a leader’s state sets the room.
All my training is built on nervous system intelligence: working with how people actually respond under pressure, not around it, so they can think clearly and act. It comes in four forms.

Regulated Leadership Programme
Building the leadership team you already have
Six months to build a team that moves together under pressure. We create a shared language, learn practical tools, practise them on real work, and rewrite the unwritten rules holding the team back.
For: an existing leadership team going through change, growth or a reset.
Regulated Leadership Intensive
The fast way in
Two days for leaders and founders who want to start working with their nervous system, and don’t want to wait. You’ll learn what yours does under pressure and how that shapes the way you lead, alongside other people carrying a lot. You’ll leave with tools you can use on Monday morning.
For: founders, senior leaders and anyone else with a lot riding on them. Book it yourself, or get your business to send you.
Bespoke training
When there’s a very specific challenge
Short, sharp sessions built around what your team actually needs.
For: a specific team challenge that skills training hasn’t fixed.
My team loved Katie’s training. We thought we needed help building decks. Instead, she transformed how we feel about presenting. Unexpected and very effective.

Talks
Regulated leadership, live
Talks for teams, offsites and events on what happens to leaders under pressure, and what to do about it. A good place to start.
For: teams, conferences and organisations curious about the approach.
